R&B Powder Coatings is housed in a 25,000 square foot facility equipped with:
2 Conveyor Lines
5 Powder Booths
5 Wet Booths
3-Stage Iron Phosphate Washer
Parts processed on the conveyor system can vary in size from as small as 1 inch x 1 inch to as large as 8 feet x 8 feet with a 5 foot deep and a maximum weight of 150 pounds. Depending on size and configuration our system can process high volume runs. Finishes are applied by electrostatic spray guns.
